Starter, Growth and Pro, what needs Shopify Plus, the 14-day trial, development stores, changing, cancelling and uninstalling.

All charges go through Shopify and appear on your Shopify bill. We never see your payment details.

- Prices are in USD. Yearly plans cost 25% less than paying monthly; switch with Pay Monthly / Pay Yearly on Plans.
- Growth and Pro need a store on Shopify Plus, because Shopify allows apps on the checkout page itself only for Shopify Plus stores. A store not on Shopify Plus can choose Starter.
- On a store not on Shopify Plus, Starter also includes upsells and surveys, shown on the thank you and order status pages (surveys also on the post-purchase page). On a store on Shopify Plus, upsells and surveys need Pro.
- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Subscribing again or reinstalling does not start a new trial; you get only what is left of the first one.
- Development stores use the app for free.
- Have a discount code? Choose Apply code on Plans.
Change or cancel
- Change plan: on Plans, choose another plan and approve it in Shopify.
- Cancel: on Plans, choose Cancel plan, pick a reason, and confirm with Cancel Subscription. Your settings are kept. The app stops running on your checkout (blocks, rules, upsells and gifts are paused) until you choose a plan again.
- Uninstall: uninstalling cancels the plan too. Your data is deleted 48 hours later, when Shopify asks us to. If you reinstall before then, your settings are still there.
